With dates across the country paired with a stacked roster of performers, the Midwest/East Coast leg of the Slap Frost Revue is shaping up to be their most ambitious effort in their six year history. Since 2014, the tour has celebrated the music of the Bay Area and that tradition continues in the new year with an all-new, revue-style performance by Michael Marshall, Z-Man, DJ True Justice, Vocab Slick, and Equipto.

Rather than each artist performing on his own, the show has been transformed into a 75-minute combined set. That way, concert-goers get to see the talents of a battle-tested veteran DJ, a people's poet, a legendary crooner, a reformed wordsmith, and an unpredictable entertainer as part of a finely crafted and honed performance.

And just as the tour has grown to feature a new brand of showmanship, it’s also expanded into new territories with every year. After kicking off in Los Angeles on Jan. 17, 2020, the jaunt takes the crew from Denver to Cleveland to Maine, and so many places in between. “We will be in your city in the New Year and we’re guaranteed to put you up on game every night,” says DJ True Justice, the co-founder of the Slap Frost Tour.

There will be plenty of merch available at each tour stop, along with ticket giveaways. All you have to do to enter is follow The Heart & Soul of The Bay playlist on Spotify for a chance to win. This also gives fans and newcomers alike an opportunity to get more familiar with the entire lineup.
